Last updated: September 3, 2026.

This Privacy Policy explains how TerraSlate Inc. ("TerraSlate," "we," "us") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit terraslate.com, buy from us, or otherwise interact with us. TerraSlate Inc. is the controller of your personal information. You can reach us at info@terraslate.com or TerraSlate Inc., 2795 S Broadway, Englewood, CO 80113, USA.

Information we collect

- Information you give us: name, billing and shipping address, email, phone, order details, the files and content you upload for printing, and account log-in details.

- Payment information: card details are entered directly with our payment processor and are not stored on our systems.

- Information collected automatically: device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, and similar usage data collected through cookies and similar technologies.

- Information from others: order, shipping, and fulfillment data from marketplaces and carriers, and analytics and advertising data from the platforms listed below.

How we use your information

- To take and fulfill orders, process payments, ship, and provide customer support.

- To operate, secure, and improve our website and products.

- To send marketing emails and show relevant advertising, where permitted; you can opt out at any time.

- To comply with our legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

For customers in the EEA and the UK, our legal bases are performance of a contract (to fulfill your order), our legitimate interests (to operate and improve the business), your consent (for marketing and non-essential cookies), and legal obligation.

Cookies and advertising

We use strictly necessary cookies to run the site and checkout, and analytics and advertising cookies (including Google, Meta, and TikTok) to understand usage and show relevant ads. You can control cookies through your browser and through the cookie controls on our site.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share personal information only with service providers that process it on our behalf under contract, and only to provide services to us. These currently include: Shopify (e-commerce platform and Shopify Payments/Shop Pay), Klaviyo (email marketing), HubSpot (customer relationship management), Google, Meta, and TikTok (advertising and analytics), Amazon (marketplace fulfillment), Google Workspace (email), and our shipping and print-fulfillment partners. We also disclose information to professional advisers and, in a business sale or financing, to the counterparty and its advisers under confidentiality, and to authorities where required by law.

We do "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising through the advertising platforms above, within the meaning of California law. You can opt out using the cookie controls on our site or by contacting us.

How long we keep your information

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above: order and transaction records for the period required by tax and accounting law; marketing data until you unsubscribe or become inactive; and uploaded print files for a limited period after your order completes. We then delete or anonymize it.

International transfers

We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process data in the US and elsewhere. Where we transfer personal information out of the EEA or the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards, including the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK Addendum.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the risk. Payment card data is handled by our PCI-compliant payment processor and is not stored on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents have the right to know the personal information we collect and how we use and disclose it; to access, delete, and correct it; and to opt out of the sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell personal information, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To exercise them, email info@terraslate.com or use the cookie controls on our site. An authorized agent may act for you with proof of authorization, and we will verify your request against information we hold.

Your EU and UK rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EEA or the UK, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your personal information, to object to processing based on legitimate interests or direct marketing, and to withdraw consent. You also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority. To exercise any right, email info@terraslate.com.

Children

Our website and products are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy and will change the "last updated" date above. Material changes will be posted on this page.
