Shipping Policy

United States

Every order ships free within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We ship to street addresses, PO boxes, and APO and FPO addresses.

Orders up to the overnight quantity shown for each product ship free overnight. Larger orders ship free by ground or freight. The overnight limit is shown next to each quantity option on the product page and varies by product, because heavier substrates ship differently.

Priority Overnight, First Overnight and Overnight with Saturday Delivery are available at additional cost. Call (720) 254-1887 to arrange.

International

Priority international shipping is free on orders over $100 USD. Orders under $100 USD ship at cost, quoted at checkout.

Where import duties and taxes are not collected at checkout, TerraSlate pays them. You will not receive a separate bill from the carrier.

Production time

If your order is paid and your proofs are approved by noon Mountain Time, most orders are printed and shipped the same business day. Production time is separate from transit time.
